Back to the Basics 101

At Back to the Basics 101, we focus on nourishing, whole foods and natural remedies that support health and wellness. Our journey began with milling fresh wheat into flour and expanded into creating plant-based protein blends and immune-boosting elderberry syrup mixes. Our products feature minimal, high-quality ingredients that bring you as close to nature as possible, helping you make healthier choices for your family.
